This soup covers the three S's. Savor, Sweet, and Spicy! It includes sweet plantains, cassava (yuca root), beef tripe, oxtails, and hot peppers. They are carb and keto friendly because the cassava and plantains are optional. Spice up your fall recipe list with this lush West African dish!
