Meet Chef Michaella

Hello Foodies!

I am Chef Michaella, a self identified Chefpreneur and owner of Manifest Kitchen, a food blog and catering business based out of Raleigh North Carolina specializing in West African Cuisine. 
 

With roots from Sierra Leone, my passion for cooking and my style of cooking is heavily inspired by my cultural background. My love affair with cooking started early, growing up I was always in the kitchen watching my aunties cook and delighted in helping when allowed.

 
I am a strong believer that you are able to manifest your dreams into reality by taking those divine steps. That is what I am doing with Manifest Kitchen. Join me on my cooking journey.
