We will be cooking one of my favorite snacks, fried fish balls, for this month's virtual cooking class. It is an easy and delicious appetizer that is perfect for any social gathering.
Growing up these addicting snacks were served at almost every family gathering but did not stand a chance against the crowd that gobbled them up. I like to serve them with a creamy mayo based sauce flavored with parsley and dill herbs. It is the perfect sauce to dip these crunchy treats in. So, yes we will also be creating that same sauce for this class. Once you learn how to make this appetizer, your friends and family will be asking for more.
