Manifest Kitchen Pop-Up in Durham This Weekend!

It has been a minute but I am back with another pop up that will be featured at The Coco Drip in Durham, NC.

This pop up menu will feature a West African favorite, jollof rice with a chicken stew. Of course I look out for my vegan and vegetarian foodies so I will be featuring a new item, my black eye peas couscous pilaf. On a scale of 1-10 its a 10/10! Both meals are served with cabbage flavored with my spice mix!
